Return & Refund Policy

At Hope In The Word, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selections.

We do accept claims for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that are misprinted or significantly different from what was ordered

To raise a claim:

1. Contact us at fatsomuz.cm@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for orders delayed by shipping carriers
• Colour variations between screen and print are normal and not considered defects
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout
